Eastside Fellowship Ministries

The Eastside Fellowship Ministries consists of six congregations representing five different denominations: Woodland Christian Church, St. Philip Episcopal Church, Asbury North United Methodist Church, St. Philip Lutheran Church, Hope Lutheran Church, and Bethany Presbyterian Church. The Fellowship also includes the Chaplain Ministry of OSU Hospital East and Joint-Heir Ministries.

We get together during the Lenten season every year, worshipping at each congregation on Wednesday nights with each pastor preaching. We raise money during the Lenten season which the Eastside Fellowship clergy distributes to chosen non profit organizations that provide needed services to the community and to the city of Columbus.

The coalition is an antiracism movement. It began with the men’s groups of Woodland Christian Church and Northwest United Methodist Church and has grown to include women and clergy.
