Woodland is an active participant in God's Pantry. Each First Sunday of the month is dedicated to the collection of food gifts for the pantry, however food donations may be left at anytime in our God's Pantry bin in our fellowship hall.  Woodland partners with the Hope Center not only through financial support but support through active participation on their board of directors, their support for their mobile outreach and for the various programs they hold throughout the year to help raise awareness and generate income for the center. Woodland is a member of The Interfaith Alliance of the Bluegrass. Meetup TIA of Lexington, KY is a local group that fosters discussions and action among people who share the core values of civility, human dignity and mutual respect. Meetings take place on the 4th Tuesday of every month at 7 p.m. local time at Woodland Christian Church.
